Product and Product Specifications

The product colors and image to product aspect ratio viewed on this site are representative, only, and are not necessarily those of the product you will receive. We make all reasonable effort to accurately represent product attributes and colors, however, the colors that you see are dependant upon your computer system and screen settings.

Our products are not made until you create them. Each piece of artwork in hand measured and fitted to the type, color and size of the product. This is a hand-pressed product, with the uniqueness of the human perspective. We make no effort to make each product the same, we do, however, aim to make each product look its best.

For any and all products where the customer creates their own image, design or text, the customer assures BUBBALULU, LLC that the design is their own and that the image, design or text is free of any third-party rights. The customer agrees to pay for any costs that may arise for possible infringement of copyright, naming or personal rights that they may infringe upon.

The customer releases BUBBALULU, LLC from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible. Any costs or damages that BUBBALULU, LLC may incur defending itself against such claims will promptly be reimbursed by the customer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order. By placing an order with this site, you agree to these terms.

You are prohibited from submitting or posting inappropriate materials of any kind, including, but not limited to: unlawful, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, obscene, profane, or threatening materials.

BUBBALULU, LLC uses personal data solely for the fulfillment of the customer purchasing contract. We use your address to send your shipment, PayPal handles all financial transactions and details. We do not sell or distribute your personal information in any way.
