What are the shipping costs?

We ship FREE to all addresses in the USA. Well, all shipping fees are included in the price of the product. Canada & Mexico $4.00 more, International orders only $6.00 extra.

Why do you include the shipping cost in the price?

We at bubbalulu.com feel the need to start an online buying revolution! Well, maybe we won't go that far, but...more than once we have changed our minds after seeing the unrealistic shipping & handling fees out there on the web. We had to wonder if it was really worth it? We say no more! We go for the what-you-see-is-what-you-get pricing. Our price is all inclusive (except sales tax.. sorry NY).

What method will you use to send my purchase?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

How soon can I expect my order?

Because each order is made custom, upon your specifications, and because there are only two human members to the bubbalulu.com crew, it could take up to 3 weeks to receive your order. It may get there sooner. No rush orders possible... but we do like to rush. We try our hardest to get it there fast, because it's FUN making people happy.

Idea: If you needed something faster, because it is a gift, may we suggest a Gift Certificate... half the fun of bubbalulu.com is doing it yourself!

What is your return policy?

Because our products are only made upon your design request, All Sales Are Final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure you check the Size-Chart before placing your order, especially for pet & kid shirts. Should you realize that you made an error in size or color within the first 24hours please contact help@bubbalulu.com and we'll fix it!
